Call Me Nuts......Some Do.......
It's hot and humid out so why would someone stand out in the sun to BBQ. Well, this someone is smarter than the average heat wave. I went out at 9 this morning to fix lunch. I used Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Marinade on chicken wings. First time I have tried it and they were great. I'm sure the neighbors that were going to get their coffees thought I was nuts.

that looks really good! I need to learn more about grilling. I'd especially like to learn how to make kabobs.
I have yet to do Kabobs but did buy a set of holders last yr. I think I would like the holder better than the spear approach. Doing the meat at the same time keeps me from doing it. Just saw where you pre-cook the meat either seperately or ahead and add it to the veggies later.
