Experimenting With Photoshop

You can do this with a special lens or software if you have it. Doable with Elements or CS series of Adobe. This is my first attempt at what is called tilt-shift photography. It plays with you imagination and the illusion in your eyes. I need a better picture, higher up and with more in it I do believe. The illusion is to look like miniature objects using blur and clarity but limiting the clarity. I was at an autocross race of Corvettes and Porsches standing on the upper part of the grandstands.
